My artwork reflects how life feels like it's rushing by. It's like everythings glitching past and I'm just watching it all happen, unable to slow it down. The eyes on the back panel represent the feeling of always being watched, no matter how much privacy I try to find.
This connects with how I'm feeling about my life right now. I remember struggling when I was 15, but now I'm about to graduate and maybe go to culinary school. These challenges were difficult yet with the love and support of my family and friends I found the courage to persevere. Time flies when you're having fun, they say, and it sure feels that way.
